Downloading, trialling, purchasing, and using the FotoLab software are governed separately by the FotoLab Terms & Conditions, which you accept when you start a trial or make a purchase. If anything here conflicts with the FotoLab Terms & Conditions in relation to the software, the FotoLab Terms & Conditions win.

All content on the Website (text, images, videos, and so on) is owned by FotoLab or its licensors and protected by copyright. Don't copy, distribute, or modify it without our permission.

The FotoLab name, logo, and any other product or service names, logos, or slogans displayed on the Website are trademarks of FotoLab or its licensors.
